Steve began his career in the drywall industry in 1971 as a union apprentice. He founded Sharpe Interior Systems, Inc. in 1976 and has spearheaded the continuing evolution of the Company’s capabilities. Steve brings a combination of in-depth experience and innovativeness to his leadership of the firm. He has been active in industry trade associations and stays closely in touch with leading edge issues including safety, government regulations and new products. Steve has been the driving force in developing superior operational methods to achieve continuous improvement in quality, reliability, consistency, and customer service.
