PRECONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Sharpe Interior Systems, Inc. – Drywall Contractors' approach to Preconstruction Services is to work as an inclusive team with the General Contractor, Owner and Architect to ensure we understand the expectations of the entire team.  We believe that by utilizing a team approach, we can provide a more comprehensive construction plan that will result in tighter construction pricing, fewer change orders and a more accurate schedule.

DESIGN-ASSIST SERVICES

Our Design-Assist approach begins as soon as we open the drawings.  We inherently understand that we must think ahead of the construction documents so our conversations begin with team planning and sub-contractor coordination.  Formalizing the Design-Assist process at a GC-Owner agreed upon stage only reinforces our company culture in how we already approach Design-Assist with the General Contracting community.
