Two Sharpe Projects win LABJ Commercial Real Estate Awards
This year’s 26th annual Commercial Real Estate Awards was reimagined into a virtual event on February 24th. During the awards program, 2021’s award-winning projects that have enhanced Los Angeles were recognized and honored. These project teams have made key contributions to some of the highest-profile developments in L.A. and did it during a time of challenge and uncertainty.

A modern, state-of-the-art space with collaboration as a focus. The design emulates the California landscape by creating large “heart” spaces around an open stair. Each floor has a dedicated theme and purpose.

The vision was to build a relaxing yet professional space for the staff to enjoy. It was designed around the staff lounge where employees meet to collaborate and build team synergy.
