Originally constructed in 1912, the Ford Factory is a five-story, 271,000-square-foot concrete building that once produced Ford Model T automobiles. A two-story annex was added in 1923, introducing the first assembly line in Southern California, and a third building was constructed in the 1980s for material storage. As part of this transformative project, all three interconnected structures were thoughtfully renovated and retrofitted to create modern creative office spaces on the upper floors, with retail and restaurant spaces activating the ground level.

This recognition highlights the collaborative efforts of the entire project team, including General Contractor Hathaway Dinwiddie, Rockefeller Partners Architects, Sharpe Interior Systems, Inc., and all contributors dedicated to advancing sustainable construction.
It is an honor to be recognized alongside so many outstanding projects that prioritize innovation and environmental stewardship.
