As leaders in our industry, we feel it is important for our team to share and learn with our industry peers. The time we commit to local industry organizations only helps us better understand how we can improve on our project collaboration, development approach, and establish stronger teaming opportunities while maintaining the most up to date knowledge in our market. We accomplish these goals through participating and supporting industry organizations like:

KNOWLEDGE IS KEY.
Kristina Moyao
has been selected as
WiOPS
Member of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our very own Kristina Moyao for being selected as the June 2021 Women in Construction Operations (WiOPS) member of the month.

Kristina started at Sharpe nine years ago in project administration alongside the field foremen. Kristina loved working at Sharpe so much that she went back to school to study construction and ultimately received her Bachelor of Science from Indiana State University in construction management. She has worked in various capacities including office manager, project engineer, and now Assistant Project Manager.

Kristina is currently working on the CSU Long Beach Student Housing project in Long Beach and is also completing the Martin Luther King, Jr. Behavioral Health Center project in DTLA.

One of the things that Kristina values most about being a member of WiOPS is meeting new people and learning about their journey into construction. She appreciates the network that she has created at WiOPS and the ability to reach out for advice when needed.

When interviewed by WiOPS, Kristina stated she never thought she would be in the construction industry, and is so thankful she was exposed to it early on. She makes an effort to share information and stories about construction whenever possible, especially with women.

Congratulations Kristina!
