Sharpe Project Wins Bronze at 2026
LABJ Commercial Real Estate Awards
We are proud to share that Sharpe’s Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP project has been recognized with a Bronze Award in the Office Category at the 2026 Commercial Real Estate Awards, presented by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
The awards ceremony took place on Thursday, February 19 at The Biltmore Hotel and celebrated the contractors, architects, developers, brokers, and project teams behind Los Angeles’ most impactful projects of 2025. From transformative developments to high-end interiors, the evening spotlighted the leaders shaping the future of Los Angeles commercial real estate.
Sharpe proudly supported the event by hosting a full table of eight and was honored to be seated alongside our partners from Clune Construction.

Located at 2029 Century Park East in Century City, the Willkie office is a three-floor, three-phase, 50,000-square-foot high-end tenant improvement project. Sharpe installed just under 18,000 square feet of drywall, delivering the precision framing, drywall and finish taping that allowed the design’s clean lines, seamless transitions, and premium finishes to come to life.
Throughout the space, our work established the crisp ceiling planes, deep recessed light coves, and framed soffits that define the workplace experience. Complex curved enclosures, large vertical feature walls, and full-height partitions were laid out and built to exact tolerances to support millwork, stone, lacquer panels, and integrated lighting. Continuous reveals, shadow lines, and flush transitions required tight coordination and careful layout to maintain consistent sightlines across multiple floors.

In the lobby and collaboration areas, Sharpe’s drywall scope created the smooth, monolithic surfaces that serve as the backdrop for feature elements such as the illuminated wall graphics, custom wood slat installations, and specialty ceilings. The dramatic ceiling drops, floating soffits, and concealed lighting pockets rely on precise framing and board installation to achieve their seamless appearance. Curved walls, radiused corners, and integrated openings further demonstrate the level of craftsmanship required to support the architectural vision.
The project demanded close coordination with Clune Construction, Gensler, and the full trade team to align framing depths, backing locations, and finish interfaces so that every material transition from glass to stone to wood remained clean and consistent. The result is a refined, highly detailed interior where the drywall scope provides the foundation for the space’s warmth, acoustics, and visual continuity.
Congratulations to the entire team on this well-deserved recognition. Your dedication, craftsmanship, and commitment to excellence made this achievement possible.
