Sharpe Interior Systems, Inc. is proud to highlight our work on the new 10 West Amenity Space in Pasadena, a 6,900 square-foot space designed to give tenants a place to relax, recharge, and collaborate.
Our team installed 11,000 square-feet of drywall throughout the amenity space, including precision framing, detailed soffits, and clean finishes. We worked closely with other trades to help bring the architect’s vision to life, delivering the smooth lines and high-quality surfaces that make this space stand out.
The design blends natural wood finishes, muted colors, and greenery to create a comfortable, welcoming environment. There’s a central coffee bar for casual meetings, open seating for collaboration, and plenty of cozy spots to take a break. From the minute you walk in, the space invites you to slow down, look around, and take in the textures, patterns, and details.
This project is a great example of Sharpe’s craftsmanship and teamwork, showing what we can achieve together on high-end commercial interiors.
