We are proud to have played a key role in the construction of ArentFox Schiff LLP's new office at 555 South Flower Street, located on the 43rd floor of a premier downtown Los Angeles tower. This prestigious law firm’s relocation to a space that combines cutting-edge design with innovative technology was an exciting project for our team.
With a focus on both form and function, our team successfully completed the drywall installation for this 30,000 square-foot office. The project involved over 85,000 square-feet of drywall, showcasing our expertise in managing large-scale installations in high-end spaces. The result is an open, collaborative environment that seamlessly blends the aesthetic appeal of the design with the functionality required for a modern law firm.
Designed by Culver City-based Donaldson + Partners, the office space fosters both in-office and remote collaboration. It incorporates state-of-the-art technology, flexible workspaces, and inviting indoor/outdoor areas, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for employees and clients alike. Our team’s contribution to the drywall installation was crucial in bringing this vision to life, providing a clean, modern finish that enhances the overall design and functionality of the space.
The new office features key amenities such as video-conferencing-ready conference rooms, hybrid office setups, and areas for podcasting, webinars, and virtual court hearings. It is designed to accommodate 115 attorneys and support staff across various practice areas, from automotive to healthcare and financial restructuring.
As part of this $1 million drywall project, we are thrilled to have helped create a workplace that sets a new standard in the legal industry, one that blends technology, collaboration and design to support the firm’s dynamic work culture.
A special thank you to Sierra Pacific Constructors, the general contractor, for their partnership in delivering this exceptional space. We would also like to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of our project team. Their expertise and commitment were essential to the success of this project.
We’re proud to have contributed to this remarkable space, and we look forward to seeing how ArentFox Schiff thrives in their new home.
