Ares Management, a leading global alternative investment firm, has officially become the anchor tenant at the newly rebranded Anderson Towers in Century City. Located in one of Los Angeles’ most iconic business districts, Ares’ new headquarters spans over 206,000 square feet within a pair of revitalized 1960s-era office towers undergoing a $100 million renovation led by Anderson Real Estate.
Designed by Gensler and brought to life under the direction of JDM Contractors, the vision for this space was clear: create a dynamic, modern, and tech-forward office that reflects the evolving way people work. With a focus on sustainability, flexibility, and wellness, the new workplace offers employees access to cutting-edge technology, expansive city views, high-end amenities, and five acres of outdoor landscaped space with walking paths and a direct footbridge to Westfield Century City Mall.
Sharpe proudly contributed to this transformative build by installing more than 330,000 square feet of drywall, helping bring Gensler’s forward-thinking design to life. The project features complex framing elements, precise coordination across trades, and a high standard of finish expected for a firm of Ares’ caliber.
This office is not just a headquarters, it’s a statement. It represents Ares Management’s long-term commitment to Los Angeles and the belief that the workplace of the future is one that inspires, supports, and elevates the everyday experience.
