As leaders in our industry, we feel it is important for our team to share and learn with our industry peers. HPS is a leading global investment firm that seeks to provide creative capital solutions and generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for their clients. Located in the former MGM Tower at 10250 Constellation Blvd., this projects size is a mere 8,918 square-feet, but Sharpe is installing over 24,000 square-feet of drywall. The new space is located on Level 31, almost to the top of the 35-story building.
The interiors consist of full height sound rated partitions (many with multiple layers of drywall), open ceiling/deck conditions and include tying in new drywall ceilings/soffits to wood and coffered ceilings.
Special drywall features include a large amount of level 5 finish, reveals that tie into millwork finishes and multiple locations with recessed base.
Sharpe has recently completed our scope of work entirely and are currently wrapping up punch list items to prepare to turn the project over to the client this week.
