International law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, renowned for its presence across 13 office locations in six countries, is presently in the process of relocating their Los Angeles office. In this endeavor, Sharpe was hand-selected to take on the drywall and framing scope of work. The project includes a comprehensive two-floor buildout spanning 50,000 square feet in the esteemed 2029 Century Park East building.
Meticulously designed by Gensler, the space caters to the specialized needs of Willkie's legal experts and features a sophisticated reception area which takes center stage upon entry, and an array of top-tier conference rooms that are poised to serve as the pivotal nexus for engaging with clients. Transitioning beyond the reception and conference areas, a series of private offices lines the exterior perimeter, affording panoramic vistas of the vibrant city of Los Angeles and its picturesque surroundings. The opulence of the high-end drywall and millwork finishes immediately command attention, harmonizing seamlessly with the open-concept floor plan that facilitates fluid movement and interaction.
Sharpe is currently finishing the drywall and framing phase, with finish taping not too far behind. We are eagerly anticipating the finishes wrapping up and seeing the space transform into a finished office.
