KNOWLEDGE IS KEY.
Kirkland & Ellis LLP, Los Angeles, CA
GC: Taslimi Architect: Gensler
The Sharpe Team:
Project Manager: Jack Johnson
Assistant Project Manager: Nate Johnson
Superintendents: Larry Shufelt and Sammy Arellano
Carpenter Foremen: Mariano Godinez
Taping Foreman: Andres Gomez
In an ongoing commitment to remodel and optimize their workspace, Kirkland & Ellis has expanded their presence by acquiring an additional floor, floor 40, within the prestigious 2049 Century Park East building. Under the leadership of Taslimi, this marks the fifth floor of Kirkland & Ellis space that Sharpe and Taslimi have collaborated on.
Sharpe was selected for the 40th floor buildout due to our track record of consistently meeting project deadlines and financial objectives on prior buildouts with Taslimi. The project includes a buildout of over 24,000 square-feet and consists of an interconnecting stairway, private office, open office workstations, a conference room and upgrade to the elevator lobby.
Our proven capability to deliver results efficiently and within budget played a pivotal role in securing this opportunity. This project is a prime example of Sharpe’s reputation preceding itself in the industry. We are grateful for our dedicated craftsmen and their unwavering commitment to excellence on every single project.
