Sharpe's 2024 Safety Celebration
Havana Nights
The Sharpe Interior Systems, Inc. annual Safety Celebration is one of our biggest employee gatherings of the year. This event recognizes our company’s safety record and accomplishments. It is our way of bringing the whole team together to say thank you and to promote and reward good safety practices.
This year’s Safety Celebration was a Havana Nights theme and was held at the Riverside Municipal Auditorium on March 16th, right next to “The Cheech Marin Center for Chicano Art & Culture”, Sharpe’s supported charity for 2024.
The evening started with a cocktail hour under the lights of the beautiful courtyard with hand-rolled cigars, live music, beverages, and appetizers. Guests then migrated into the theater, where they enjoyed an incredible Cuban band while dining from various food stations and relaxing in comfy lounge areas.
Remarks were made by Keith Costanzo, Fayez Zorob, and Kenney Asmus, thanking the entire Sharpe Team for the amazing work being done every day and for keeping each other safe!
Music and dancing continued until midnight, at which point guests were offered late-night snacks in to-go boxes. Guests stayed at the renowned Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, which was located within walking distance from The Cheech and the Auditorium.
During this weekend, we held a “Special Family Day” at The Cheech. We had a great turnout of Sharpe employees, spouses, and children. All who attended received a family membership!
We thank you all for your support! Make sure to mark your calendar for the next Special Family Days, which will be held on April 27th and 28th.
Lastly, a great big thank you goes out to Venessa Trevino and the entire event planning committee for putting together another one-of-a-kind, world-class experience for all of us to enjoy.
