GENSLER LA OFFICE RENOVATION, Los Angeles
Best Innovative Workplace (less than 50,000 square-feet)

On Thursday, November 14th, Sharpe employees attended the CoreNet Global REmmy Awards at the lovely Beverly Hills Hotel. Guests were greeted like movie stars from the moment they passed the historic signage, stepped onto the signature red carpet and entered the grand lobby. A return to the legend of Hollywood where a Star is Born at the REmmys!

The evening was truly an unforgettable experience that engaged and celebrated excellence in corporate real estate. This year’s REmmy Awards represented the forward momentum of change in our industry. The 2024 nominees have adapted to the rapid changes in the corporate real estate landscape. REmmy Awards have become an icon of signature events that kick off the holiday season, moving into 2025. Sharpe was delighted to celebrate in style with our peers and industry leaders.

We are proud to announce that the Gensler LA Office Renovation project won Best Innovative Workplace (Less than 50,000 SF). The project creates a “vertical creative campus,” the first to be seen in DTLA and connects to their existing three-level atrium as well as joins the adjacent north office tower. This allows architect teams to utilize additional creative office space and provide better opportunities for everyone to connect with an open, urban environment. The 45,000 square-foot space includes a coffee bar, lounge, and flexibility for meetings and entertainment venue.

Congratulations to all this year’s nominees and winners and especially the Sharpe team!

Sammy Cuevas, Jr.. Nate Johnson, Alex Munoz, Sammy Arellano, Jose Toscano and Jose Guzman
