Circa wins WWCCA
Project of the Year Award
The Circa project located at 1200 South Figueroa in DTLA has recently received the Walter F. Pruter Project of the Year Award by the Western Wall and Ceiling Contractors Association. The project consists of two, 34-story residential towers with 648 luxury apartments sitting on top of a seven-story retail podium with 48,000 square feet of space for retail and restaurants and 1,770 parking spaces. The General Contractor is Lendlease and the Architect is Harley Ellis Deveraux. Shout out to our industry partners: Westside Building Materials, USG and Clark Dietrich.
